"life altering for children" Much lick slapping them with a lifetime stigma of sex offender for doing things that kids have done for probably the entire history of mankind?!

You know, i can vaguely remember having parts of my body touched by others in my classes, i even clearly remember a girl flashing a condom to me in an attempt to come on to me in my 6th grade computer lab period... I can't say that any of these events "altered" my life in any significant way other than providing me with a few interesting stories to tell.

I'm starting to really hate America... Go ahead and label me a terrorist for saying that... it just reinforces the reasons for the aforementioned statement.

Who is the true sex offender? The child who doesn't know what he is doing, or the adult prosecutor who is sexualizing child behavior?
